That's why if you don't want to follow someone else's rules, you should opt for a self-hosted autoresponder service like Autoresponse Plus or Interspire Email Marketer. Wow.. A Webber has been a disaster for our business. We had CformsII on our website before starting with Awebber. Awebber forms did not look right on our website so we kept the CformsII on our site and sent the information from the Cforms to Awebber. Awebber did not like that and warned us we needed to change but were not the least bit helpful in helping us make changes that worked properly. We made the changes but without warning, Awebber locked out our account. A potential called us to tell us they wanted what we sell but our forms do not work. Awebber had put up a very ugly, obnoxious page informing everyone we’ve been locked out. I’m sure it’s cost us customers. Awebber’s customer support has been callous and caviler and not helpful.
