One important change in the new version is that you can still get a free account for up to 10 contacts only. The most basic plan is $18 / month for up to 500 subscribers. You can upgrade as you go, just go to your billing page and select your plan. billing schedule and additional features.
You get the Online Survey feature for free, but the Multimedia Studio add-on will cost you an extra $10 / month.
